We operate by appointment only. HydroChatt launches from a public boat ramp, not a storefront. Please book online in advance to guarantee we'll be there when you arrive.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Our friendly staff will greet you, handle paperwork, and provide life jackets and any necessary equipment. We'll review basic safety information and answer any questions you have.
Our instructors conduct a comprehensive 10-15 minute safety briefing and training session. You'll learn how to operate the JetCar, understand safety protocols, and practice basic maneuvers on dry land before getting on the water.
Start with a guided orientation in calm water. Our instructors stay close by as you get comfortable with the controls, acceleration, and turning. We'll ensure you're confident before venturing into open water.
Once you're comfortable, it's time to experience the full thrill of the JetCar! Explore the Tennessee River at your own pace, push your limits, and create unforgettable memories. Our staff monitors from shore for your safety.
